The Application Protocol Doctrine
Application brands implement frameworks. They do not originate them. The hierarchy of intellectual ownership flows in one direction only, from the Bureau outward.
I. Position
The Application Protocol defines the relationship between The Sovereign Bureau and all constituent brands within the ecosystem. This protocol is not a guideline. It is a governing doctrine that determines how frameworks move from origin to application and what authority each layer holds within that process.
II. The Hierarchy
The ecosystem operates through a strict hierarchy of function. The Institute for Human Systems produces original research and defines intellectual territory. The Sovereign Bureau formalizes that research into doctrines, frameworks, and models. Application brands implement those frameworks within their specific domains. The narrative layer translates frameworks for broader audiences. No layer may operate outside its defined function.
III. Rules of Application
- Frameworks originate from the Bureau – application brands do not invent theory, they implement it
- No application brand may contradict a Bureau framework or doctrine
- All application brand output must be traceable to a Bureau-originated framework
- Application brands may adapt frameworks to their domain but may not alter their foundational structure
- The Bureau holds final authority over all intellectual output within the ecosystem
IV. No Overlap. No Redundancy
Each layer of the ecosystem has a defined role and operates exclusively within that role. The Institute produces knowledge. The Bureau formalizes knowledge. Application brands apply knowledge. The narrative layer translates knowledge. No layer duplicates the function of another. Overlap is a structural failure.
