The Sovereign Bureau collects personal information only through voluntary submission via official Bureau channels: the dispatch registration form, the direct inquiry form, and Stripe-processed framework purchases. No data is collected passively, extracted through third-party tracking, or gathered without direct user action.
Information collected includes: full name, email address, inquiry content submitted through the Portal, and payment information processed exclusively through Stripe. The Bureau does not store payment card data directly. All payment processing is handled by Stripe in accordance with their privacy and security protocols.
Use of Information
Information submitted to the Bureau is used solely for the following purposes: delivery of purchased frameworks, distribution of official Bureau dispatch communications to registered subscribers, and response to direct inquiries. No submitted information is used for marketing, profiling, or any purpose beyond the specific function for which it was provided.
Data Protection
The Sovereign Bureau does not sell, trade, license, or transfer personal information to any external party. Submitted data is handled through encrypted protocols and is accessible only to authorized personnel within Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co.
Dispatch Communications
Individuals registered for the Bureau dispatch may withdraw at any time by submitting a removal request through the Portal inquiry form. Removal is processed within five business days.
Third-Party Processors
Framework purchases are processed through Stripe. Framework files are delivered via Google Drive. Both platforms operate under their own privacy and security standards. The Bureau is not responsible for the data practices of these platforms beyond its own point of submission.
