I. Acceptance of Terms
Access to and use of thesovereignbureau.com constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered dispatch subscribers, and purchasers of framework products archived within The Sovereign Bureau. If any portion of these terms is not acceptable, access to and use of this site must be discontinued immediately. The Sovereign Bureau reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following modification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
II. Intellectual Property
All frameworks, doctrines, models, structural architectures, language, and intellectual content published or sold through The Sovereign Bureau are the exclusive intellectual property of the A. Solenne Institute, operating under Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co. All rights are reserved in full.
Purchased frameworks are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. Purchase of a framework grants the buyer a single-user, non-transferable license to access and apply the content for their own individual use. Purchase does not transfer ownership, authorship, or any intellectual property rights.
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co.:
Reproduction. Copying, duplicating, or replicating any framework content in whole or in part, in any medium or format.
Redistribution. Sharing, forwarding, uploading, or distributing purchased framework files to any third party through any channel.
Derivative Works. Producing frameworks, models, programs, courses, or any structured content that draws from, adapts, or is substantially informed by Bureau-originated frameworks without explicit written authorization.
Commercial Use. Using purchased framework content as the basis for any commercial product, service, program, or offering, including but not limited to coaching programs, courses, workshops, consulting services, or training materials.
Reframing Under Alternate Terminology. Presenting Bureau-originated frameworks under different names, structures, or terminology in a manner that obscures their origin while reproducing their structural content.
Violation of these terms will be pursued to the full extent permitted by applicable intellectual property law.
III. Framework Purchases
All framework purchases are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms they are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to Stripe’s terms of service in addition to these terms.
Digital Goods Policy. All frameworks are delivered as digital files. Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales are final. The Sovereign Bureau does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is completed and the framework file has been delivered or made available for download.
Delivery. Purchased frameworks are delivered via Google Drive download link. Delivery is completed within 24 hours of confirmed purchase. If a delivery issue is experienced, it must be reported within 72 hours of purchase through the Direct Inquiry form in the Portal.
Access. Framework files are provided for individual download. The Sovereign Bureau is not responsible for file loss, device incompatibility, or storage issues following successful delivery. The buyer is responsible for maintaining their own copy of purchased files.
IV. Dispatch Registration
Registration for the Bureau dispatch constitutes consent to receive official Bureau communications including research releases, framework announcements, and institutional updates. Dispatch registration does not constitute a purchase or guarantee of any specific content, frequency, or volume of communications.
Subscribers may withdraw from the dispatch at any time by submitting a removal request through the Portal inquiry form. The Bureau processes removal requests within five business days.
V. Permitted Use
Access to and use of The Sovereign Bureau website is permitted for the following purposes only: reviewing publicly archived frameworks and doctrines, purchasing individual frameworks or the complete codex, registering for the official dispatch, and submitting direct inquiries through the Portal.
Any use of this site for purposes beyond those listed, including but not limited to data scraping, automated access, competitive research, or unauthorized reproduction of archived content, is prohibited.
VI. Disclaimer of Warranties
All frameworks, doctrines, and intellectual content archived within The Sovereign Bureau are provided for educational and intellectual purposes only. Nothing published or sold through this site constitutes therapy, medical advice, psychological treatment, coaching, legal counsel, or financial advice.
The Sovereign Bureau makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the outcomes or results that may be produced through application of any framework. Results depend entirely on the circumstances, judgment, and actions of the individual applying the framework. The Bureau is not responsible for decisions made or actions taken on the basis of framework content.
The site and all content are provided as is, without warranty of any kind regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
VII. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co., the A. Solenne Institute, and The Sovereign Bureau shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from access to or use of this site, purchase or application of any framework, reliance on any content archived within the Bureau, or inability to access the site or its content for any reason.
Total liability to any individual for any claim arising from use of this site or purchase of any product shall not exceed the amount paid by that individual for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
VIII. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. By accessing this site, all users consent to that jurisdiction.
IX. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
X. Contact
All legal inquiries, licensing requests, authorization requests, and terms-related correspondence must be submitted through the Direct Inquiry form in the Portal or directed to the official correspondence address of Granite Field Holdings Ltd. Co., Albuquerque, New Mexico.
The Sovereign Bureau does not respond to terms-related inquiries submitted through any other channel.
These Terms of Service are Level 1 Canonical documents of The Sovereign Bureau. They are subject to revision at the Bureau’s sole discretion. The most current version is the governing version.
