I. Framework Origin

All intellectual frameworks including Identity Axiom, Constraint Capital, Distinct Character, and Vanta Seraph originate exclusively from The Sovereign Bureau. The Bureau is the sole originator of all frameworks within the ecosystem. No application brand may claim origination of any framework, doctrine, or model housed within this archive.

II. Proprietary Protection

All language, methodologies, and structural architectures contained within these archives are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized replication, redistribution, or derivation of these frameworks is strictly prohibited. This includes partial reproduction, reframing under alternate terminology, and derivative works that draw from Bureau-originated frameworks without explicit written authorization.

III. Application Protocol

Constituent brands within the ecosystem function strictly as application layers for frameworks developed and owned by The Sovereign Bureau. Application brands implement frameworks. They do not originate them. The hierarchy of intellectual ownership flows in one direction only, from the Bureau outward.
